5th Meeting of Traditional Dance Clubs

More than 500 dancers, representing 24 cultural and dance associations from the municipalities of Kalamata, Messina, and Pylos-Nestor, will come together for a major celebration of culture on September 19th and 20th, 2026.
The Kalamata Open-Air Theatre will come alive with music, dance, and tradition during a special two-day event dedicated to the cultural heritage of Messenia. Admission is free for the public.
The event is held with the support of the Municipality of Kalamata, with the aim of highlighting the region’s traditions and the rich cultural activity of its local associations.
