Hrdayam Yoga Studio
For Hristinka Maslarska, founder of the Hrdayam Yoga Center in Kalamata, the journey to Yoga began in 2006 when she was taught her first teacher training day seminar focusing on Ashtanga yoga. At the same time, she completed her studies in the field of Fitness as an Aerobic instructor (Presenter's Elite), Pilates coach (mat & equipment), Weight trainer and Group exercise leader.
Through the field of gymnastics, her love for human development became greater, and the search for new ways of giving was a one-way street.
In 2009, when she got initiated in Anusara Yoga, continuous, systematic training in Greece, France and Turkey for over 500 hours with some of the greatest teachers in the genre followed.
Hristinka is a Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher by the ASHY (Anusara School of Hatha Yoga) and YOGA ALLIANCE organisations.
