A pickpocket has a bad habit of constantly getting caught at the worst possible moment in the most incriminating situations, which is why he finds himself out of nowhere being considered a suspect in a series of rapes and murders.
A secret agent, under the orders of the eccentric police psychologist, undertakes the dangerous mission to lure the "Monster" into a trap, but to do so, she must first get close to him.
