Brooklyn Live Stage-Thebeos/Margaris
Spread the word
With the mood of a band on stage and communication, with songs as a "vehicle", Christos Thivaios and Panagiotis Margaris meet again this year.
After last year's tremendously successful co-existence, they return to present a programme with their favourite songs.
The two met in 1997 while recording the timeless song "How Much I Loved You" performed by Christos Thivaios, where Panagiotis Margaris played an exquisite classical guitar.
They "built" a programme with moving, extroverted, personal and group moments through subversive repertoire choices without barriers and prejudices, improvisations, and continuous contact with the audience. Everything comes together with a naturalness that needs no explanation.
Christos Thivaios' unique improvisations in his songs from the time of the Usual Suspects, as well as songs by Thanos Mikroutsikos, Vassilis Dimitrios and many other great composers, meet with the beautiful compositions and the unique skill of Panagiotis Margaris in solo pieces.
"2" is a musical performance for two musicians united by deep appreciation and chemistry but also a performance - game for the eternal 2: musicians and audience!
