The "Neromylos Women's Association" aims to preserve the region's culture and folklore by reviving various rural traditions of the Messenian land.
In fact, at an event in 2017 entitled: "The Summer and the Threshing", visitors had the opportunity to closely watch the threshing process, as well as the production and baking of bread.
