Kryoneri, Messenia, is preparing to host a special event dedicated to the "Saracena fighters of 1821", highlighting an essential aspect of the Greek Revolution.
The event will take place on Sunday, June 8th, at 8 p.m. in the Outdoor Area "Kostas Theodoropoulos" in Kryoneri, Messenia.
The keynote speaker will be historical researcher George Karabatsos, who will shed light on the role and contribution of the Saracena fighters in the fight for independence.
