Efklis-National Archaeological Museum/Monastiraki/Plaka
The "Efklis" Kalamata Hikers and Mountaineers Association, on Sunday, February 4th, 2024, will visit the National Archaeological Museum of Athens with the opportunity of free admission. They will also visit the Benizelos Mansion (the oldest Mansion in Athens) and tour Plaka, Thisio and Monastiraki.

The fully renovated National Archaeological Museum is one of the world's largest and most important Archaeological Museums.
Its numerous and significant exhibits allow you to travel deep into history.
Its rich collections, which list more than 11,000 exhibits, offer a panorama of the Ancient Greek Civilization from the beginning of Prehistory to Late Antiquity.
Transportation: By comfortable air-conditioned coach.
Cost: 20 euros and 15 euros (children).
During the visit to the Archaeological Museum, the tour will be guided by tour guide Ms Anastasia Maragou for 5 euros each, plus 2 euros for those who wish to have headphones.
Start date: At 7:30 am in front of the entrance of the 24th Primary School.
Return time: approximately 8:00 pm.
