On Friday, April 3rd, at 20:00, the A49 Art Space in Kalamata hosts the opening of the first solo exhibition by visual artist Georgia M. Papoutsi, titled “COLOUR IN TRANSITION – From Photography to Painting.”
The exhibition presents an evolving journey from the initial photographic capture to the painted surface, where memory, material, and gesture come together to form a unified visual field.
The images emerge slowly and organically, through successive layers of colour and light, inviting the viewer to engage with the act of creation itself, not just the final result.
