KARAGIOZIS AND THE CHRISTMAS CAROLS

An original and festive shadow theatre play by Konstantinos and Georgia Dimitrakopoulos, for three unique performances in the hospitable and active space of the Tsikibom group on SUNDAYS 21st & 28th DECEMBER 2025!

Plot:
Karagiozis thought of something different for this year's Christmas! To invite his friends from all over Greece to his mansion, to rehearse and go out on Christmas Eve in the neighbourhoods of the Berde to tell them! Sior-Dionysios brings with him carols from the Ionian Sea, Barba-Georgos the Epirus ones, Morfonios the Athenian carols and Zournatzidis the Thracian ones! All together and with the barefoot hero as conductor, they begin the singing! Who will stop them? A performance full of music, humour and traditional songs from all over Greece! The play will continue on stage! A performance about traditional carols from regions of our country!
