Spread the word

The city of Kalamata welcomes a unique artistic experience entitled “SNOWHITES”, a musical theatre fairy tale that promises to touch young and old through the power of storytelling and music.
The performance will take place on Saturday, May 3rd and Sunday, May 4th, at 8:30 PM, at the Studio of the Kalamata Dance Megaron, offering a unique atmosphere of art and emotions to the city’s audience.
The narration of the fairy tale belongs to Christina Dimiza and Lily Triantaris, who bring the magic of the story to life through their words and expressiveness. The direction of the performance is signed by Panagiotis Adam, giving theatrical breath to the universe of the fairy tale.
Music is a key component of the experience, with Stathis Gyftakis taking on the composition and musical direction. The musical ensemble includes the following exceptional musicians:
Stathis Gyftakis: Piano
Arion Gyftakis: Double bass
Georgos Pavlakos: Flutes, recorders
Sofia Braila: Singing
The performance results from a collaboration between two important cultural institutions: Mission Art and the Municipal Conservatory of Kalamata, which constantly care for the artistic cultivation of the local community.
“Snowhites” is not just a performance. It is a sensitive, internal and creative narrative that combines speech, music and stage expression. It is an ode to the power of fairy tales, collectivity and art.
