House by Phaos-Behind the Mask

Dear friends of the "Phaos" Community Centre and "House by Phaos", we invite you to the two-day experiential workshop for adolescents aged 12–15, entitled "Behind the Mask", by psychologist-psychotherapist Dimitra Lampropoulou, where art meets emotional expression.
By creating a personal mask from plaster gauze, participants will have the opportunity to recognise and express different aspects of themselves in a safe and creative environment.

About the coordinator
Dimitra Lampropoulou, MSc Psychologist – Gestalt Psychotherapist, provides psychotherapeutic support to children, adolescents and adults in Kalamata. She has worked in educational and social contexts and uses art as a tool for expression, connection and self-awareness.
Through the mask, every teenager will have the opportunity to discover their true self, beyond what appears, where authentic expression is born.
