The Gastronomy department of DELTA 360 Kalamata organises a specialised gastronomy masterclass on the topic: "Nose to Tail-Cooking Fish".
The masterclass is aimed at Culinary students, who will receive valuable knowledge and information on the management and ways of cooking fish from George Tsaparas, instructor of DELTA 360 Athens and expert in the genre!
