23rd Kalamata Road Race

THE HEALTH RUNNERS ASSOCIATION OF MESSENIA is organising the 23rd KALAMATA ROAD RACE 10 km.

Dedicated to the "Thalpos - Mental Health" Organisation

ROAD RACE 10 km. time 18:30
POWER WALK 10 km. time 18:30
CHILDREN'S RACE 1.5 km time 18.35

ROUTE

Certified Route by A.I.M.S. The certification was made following the current World Athletics regulations. The runners' performances will be official and internationally recognised, and any record achieved will be recognised. The route next to the beach is asphalt and flat, fast, and without elevation differences. It starts at the central square, turns at the end of the beach (Filoxenia Hotel), and finishes at the central square. The route is presented in detail on the map.

RACE DISTANCE

The race is 10 km. Throughout the route, there will be a kilometre indication with a banner every 1 kilometre.

Along the 10 km route. There will be runner support stations at 5 & 7.5 km.

There will be pace runners.
