Re:Think-Foifa Organic Farm/Regenerative Agriculture Seminar

A two-day learning and networking event at the fifth Regenerative Agriculture Network in Messinia!

The event is aimed at farmers who want to farm differently and want to move away from chemical interventions, find better markets, take collective action, build strong relationships with other farmers and regenerate their farms by producing food.

The event will occur on October 14th & 15th at Foifa Organic Farm. The management body is Re: Think COIN.S.E.P., which aims to teach energy self-management techniques in our everyday lives as a vital component of a sustainable, self-sufficient society in harmony with natural processes.

Educational programmes are implemented on the farm, aimed at schools and families, and programmes with a direct impact and correlation with the broader society. At the same time, the farm also functions as a place of culture, education, and information with a multitude of educational events, seminars, workshops, lectures, exhibitions, etc.
Instructor Giuseppe Sannicandro will lay the groundwork for understanding what Regenerative Agriculture is and how it can help us create resilient agricultural structures while addressing some of the most pressing challenges related to climate change. With a focus on soil, water and agroforestry, you will also learn how to build a vibrant local network embedded in the broader network of regenerators.
