"Keep Dancing" Seminar-Body Instrument

The famous "Keep Dancing" workshops of the Kalamata Dance Festival, in collaboration with the Municipal Dance School of Kalamata, are completed for 2024 on the weekend of November 23rd and 24th, with "Body Instrument" by Lambrini Golia.
The workshop focuses on the musicality of the body, offering ways to awaken and cultivate our rhythm and dynamics. By using the body as a musical instrument and music theory as a guide in the world of improvisation, new avenues of artistic expression are opened up. Exploring this relationship between music and movement simultaneously provides tools for technical skill and inner and physical empowerment.

Saturday: 17:00-18:30 and 18:30-20:00
Sunday: 10:00-11:30 and 11:30-13:00
