Keep Dancing returns to the Kalamata Dance Megaron

On Saturday, November 4th and Sunday, November 5th, the RESET workshop by Julia Zacharakis will take place at the Kalamata Dance Megaron.
RESET is an open-level movement and improvisational practice. Its purpose is to understand the function of the body’s parts and joints, as well as the dynamic balance of its structure contributing to the coordination required for the body’s movement. The seminar aims to explore the range of movement and broaden the performers’ consciousness.
Participation cost: 10 euros (5 euros for the Municipal School of Dance students)
