"Victoria G. Karelia" Greek Costume Collection-Konstantinos Markos

Pianist Kostas Markou was born in Kalamata on June 24th, 2004.
He began his first steps on the piano at the age of 7. He continued his studies until the age of 19 at the Municipal Conservatory of Kalamata with teacher Loukas George.

During his studies, he received and continues to receive scholarships and awards in Panhellenic and World Competitions, with his most significant achievement being second place in the world competition "De Bach au Jazz" in 2021. In July 2023, he successfully completed his diploma exams with a perfect score of 10, and since September 2023, he has been studying at the Conservatorium Van Amsterdam as a student of Frank Peters.
Finally, he has attended seminars by renowned musicians such as Angel Sanzo and Miguel Ituarte.
