4th Cultural Festival in Desylla

A special Cultural Festival returns to Dessylla, Messenia, on Tuesday, August 18th, 2026, taking place at the historic Railway Station.
Now in its 4th year, the festival brings together culture, music and history, highlighting the importance of the railway station and the wider area. The musical program features Eisaggeleas and the Momentum Rock band, offering an evening of live music and vibrant energy.
A special part of the event is the tribute to young people, under the message “Because the future is here!”. The festival will also honour its volunteer team, which has been recognised with the Silver European Citizens Award 2026.
It will be a celebration of culture that puts Dessylla, its railway heritage and the power of community and collective action in the spotlight.
