The award-winning play "Out of Matter Reloaded" by Kostas Leimonis is touring throughout Greece. It followed sold-out performances at the AVLAIA Theatre in Thessaloniki and a successful run at the Michael Cacoyannis Foundation in Athens.

The play

A member of Parliament, who has served for years as a minister in Greek governments, decides to resign and abandon the country's political life once and for all. Thus, he prepares to deliver his last speech in Parliament on the night of the vote of confidence in the government. A speech, the like of which has never been read in the parliament chamber. After reflecting on his actions and, above all, his omissions on a family and professional level, he confesses and at the same time apologises before a people who believed him, in the hope that - even at the last moment - he will manage to become an ally of the truth and a supporter of a great apology, which should have been said long ago.
