"KARAGIOZIS AND THE CHRISTMAS WISH" at the Foifa Natural Farm!

A festive shadow theatre play and a puppet workshop by the Dimitrakopoulos Shadow Troupe, for a unique two-day event at the Foifa Natural Farm (New Entrance of Kalamata)!

About the performance:
Folk hero Karagiozis is poorer than ever this Christmas. Crisis and high prices led him and his barefoot family to have the most frugal, poor Christmas without losing their joy and optimism! However, a wish to the Christmas Star that Karagiozis will make one night will change everything! What is above will come down! How will Karagiozis deal with this significant change? Will his friends come to have fun with him at the Christmas table? Will they finally live the dream?

About the Shadow Theatre Figure Making Workshop:
Our activity focuses on the children making their own unique figures painted in plastic! The young spectators, with the guidance of the animators, make a selected figure of the berde in a festive atmosphere and design! We paint on jelly with whatever colour we like, cut, join, and our figure is ready! The materials and means for the construction are provided by us. Each child takes the figure with them. Ages: from 5 - 10 years
