The legendary "Feline in the Display Case" by Alki Zei, after its great success at the KOLOSSAION THEATRE in THESSALONIKI, is starting its journey ALL OVER GREECE. A milestone in literature for children and teenagers, having received numerous international awards, as it is published in 39 foreign editions, translated into 22 different languages, it recently completed 60 years since its first publication and is coming to the new theatre season to tell its fascinating story, which was adored by generations of readers. Summer is the magical season for children. It is a time of sea, play, exploration and endless nights with magical stories under the stars.
A group of children in Lamagari, Samos, will experience an adventure that will change their lives forever.

The Metaxas dictatorship on August 4th, 1936, led the children to take part in secret missions to help Melia and Myrto's cousin, Nikos, who is a student and is in danger of prison. Nikos hides in the Mill with a broken wing until he can escape to Spain, during a civil war, and fight for Democracy. However, no matter how difficult things are, the children have the help of a tiger in a display case in the living room of Melia and Myrto's house. The Kaplani - as they call the tiger in Samos - has the ability to come to life through the stories that Nikos tells them and, when necessary, in his own magical way, takes part in the children's challenging missions to help and protect them.
