Agios Andreas Beach
The beach of Agios Andreas is located in the settlement of the same name. It is 27 kilometres from Messina and 38 kilometres from Kalamata.
It is an organised beach with umbrellas, sunbeds and a canteen. It consists of pebbles and sand, in and out of the sea, and extends for half a kilometre. The sea is shallow and gently deepens, and it was recognised as a swimming beach in 1990. Natural boulders stand on one side of the beach, and on the other, there is a marina.
Finally, pines and tamarisk trees offer swimmers natural shade along the beach.
