Skiaxtro-Retreat/Embracing body and soul (Vol.2)

For the second year in a row, at the sweetest time of the year, the end of summer and the beginning of Autumn, at the coming of September, which for many marks the beginning of a new era, a three-day retreat is held where you will embrace your body and soul.

In the beautiful and welcoming Skiaxtro Ecological Farm under the shade of olives and pines, you will escape, relax, recharge your batteries and maybe get to know yourself a little better...
During these three days, you will practice Hatha Yoga practices that even beginners can follow, breathing practices and meditations, improvise in a mandala workshop, and participate in a special event related to dreams. All this will be in absolute harmony with nature and knowing the beauties of the surrounding area.

Declarations of participation are open until 30/08/23 on the phone 6937840077. To reserve a seat, an advance payment of €80 is required. If the organisers cancel the retreat or the participant cancels by 10/08/23, the deposit is refunded.
