Michele Riml's Sexy Laundry explores romantic dead ends and serves as an honest, comedic reflection of the love lives of contemporary couples.

Twenty-five years of marriage, three children, a few extra pounds, a little baldness, plenty of nagging, plenty of insecurities, plenty of love, and just a little sex. The story revolves around a married couple who decide to "remarry" and reignite their sexual relationship.

Larry and Alice find themselves in a luxurious hotel room, armed with the handbook "Sex for Beginners." Awkward and uncertain, they attempt to rediscover their lost desire and reclaim the passion of years gone by.

Directed by Spyros Papadopoulos, the play sees him and Renia Louizidou using humour and honesty to place their marriage on the psychoanalyst's couch. Within the confines of a luxury hotel room, they demonstrate that the power of love can ultimately overcome anything.
