The first, after many years, Anusara Yoga Immersion 1 in Greek online + live will be organised in Kalamata!
The seminar is for those who want to deepen their studies in Yoga (students or teachers), participate in a life-transforming experience, or later proceed to Yoga Teacher Training.
Participants will receive certification for:
• 33 hours recognised by Yoga Alliance and Anusara School of Hatha Yoga international organisations.
• online or live monitoring
The seminar is part of the comprehensive 200-hour Anusara Yoga Teacher Training 2024 programme, after which participants can continue their training.
