The semi-mountainous village of Myloi (formerly known as Perivolia) is located east of Kyparissia. It is built at an altitude of 116 meters and has about 50 permanent residents.
The village's name comes from the many (more than ten) watermills that can be found there. Farmers in the area used to grind wheat in these watermills in the past. Today, the mills are not operational, except for the "Mavrogenis Mill", also known as the "Katsambrokos Mill", which has been renovated. In fact, the concrete watermill has been declared a protected monument, as it is a typical example of a pre-industrial installation.
In Myloi, the visitors can see the church of Saints Constantine and Helen, where on May 21st, there is a vesper with a "bread class", as well as a procession. Finally, there is a traditional festival with live music and rich local delicacies on the eve of the holiday.
