The beach of Ai Lagoudis is located south of the port of Kyparissia (which is 67 kilometres from Kalamata).
It is a sandy beach, 600 metres long, in which some small coves are formed. Canteens, beach bars and clubs surround the organised beach. The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag for its waters and coast quality and for the organisation and security services it offers to swimmers.
To the north, at a distance of 3 kilometres, is the long Kartelas beach, while to the south, at a distance of 2 kilometres, is Giannitsaina - a beach with sand and pebbles.
