Kalypso Residence is a brand-new complex of 3 villas with individual swimming pools in an olive grove at Methoni hills, overlooking the picturesque town of Methoni, the magnificent castle built in the 13th century, the island of Sapienza and one of the most breathtaking sunsets in the country.
With great respect to the natural environment, the minimum energy footprint and a minimal design, the owners, in collaboration with the architects, tried to ensure their guests’ absolute comfort. At the same time, they treated their privacy as a high priority.
In Kalypso Residence, the guest can enjoy an exclusive private stay, being a few minutes away from some of the best beaches in Peloponnese, enjoying a daily service and some local delicacies (like the extra virgin olive oil extracted by the olive trees surrounding the villas, handpicked by the owner’s family, as it has been happening over the last decades).

Both Villas consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a shared living room/kitchen area, connected to a terrace and a pool deck where the guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or a late drink by the pool. The master bedroom upstairs has a private terrace, ideal for a late sunset drink or an early morning coffee.
Villa K3
Villa K3 consists of 1 bedroom, two bathrooms and a living room/kitchen area, connected to a terrace and a pool deck where the guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or a late drink by the pool.
The master bedroom upstairs has a private terrace, ideal for a late sunset drink or an early morning coffee.
