Kalamata Mountaineering Association-Oil Festival

The annual "Oil Festival" will be held next Saturday, February 8th, 2025, at 8 pm, at the Mountaineering Association's offices in the Eastern Centre. This will be the ninth year in a row.
With its scientific staff, the Kalamata Olive and Olive Oil School supports this event. The school will hold an Olive Tasting and share its knowledge of good farming practices and everything else needed for the production of quality and safe products. An essential feature of the event is the presentation of the producers' experiences in the context of the open discussion that will follow.
We invite those who wish to bring samples of their oil production to be examined by the Scientific Team. Of course, their presence at the event is required.
The oil samples, in a 250 ml bottle (minimum), must be delivered to the Association's offices by 5:00 pm on Saturday, February 8th.
