With a book, the library goes to school-Talk to me
Spread the word
The Public Central Library of Kalamata, in collaboration with the 13th and 23rd Kindergartens of Kalamata, welcomes author Marina Gioti for the presentation of her new book, "Speak to Me." We invite you to a unique event where we will "talk" and "throw-away" the burdens of negative emotions, guided by a book that promotes mental empowerment. This story teaches children how to manage stress, sadness, and fear while discovering the power of friendship and emotional expression.
The event is part of the library's reading program "With a book, the library goes to school," which aims to bring children closer to the world of books and reading. It will take place on Thursday, November 7th, 2024, at 18:30, in the foyer of the Kalamata Cultural Centre.
The presentation is organized in collaboration with the VIVLIOPOLIS bookstore and Dioptra Publications and supported by the Captain Vassilis and Carmen Konstantakopoulos Foundation. It is aimed at children from 4 years old, as well as parents, teachers and those who love children's books.
Admission is free to the public.
We await you to share the magic of storytelling and emotional expression through Marina Giotis' work.
