Book presentation-Eleftherios Venizelos as a history fabricator 

On Monday, May 5th, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., the presentation of Professor Thanasis Diamantopoulos' new book "ELEFTHERIOS VENIZELOS AS A FORGER OF HISTORY", published by PATAKI Publications, will take place at the Kalamata Cultural Centre's Amphitheatre.

The following will speak about the book:

- Angelos Syrigos, Member of Parliament for Athens 1st Constituency, Professor of International Law and Foreign Policy, Panteion University

• Thanassis Christou, Professor of Modern and Contemporary History at the Department of History, Archaeology and Management of Cultural Assets of the School of Humanities and Cultural Studies of the University of the Peloponnese and the author.
• The Mayor of Kalamata, Athanasios Vassilopoulos, the Deputy Governor of Messenia, Efstathios Anastasopoulos, the President of the Board of Trustees of the Public Central Library of Kalamata and the Deputy Mayor for Finance of the Municipality of Kalamata, Pipina Koumantos, will greet the event.

The Kalamata Public Central Library organises the event in collaboration with the Municipality of Kalamata and with the support of the bookstore BIBLIOPOLIS, Dimitra Dimopoulou.
