Concert and Educational Programme in Filiatra
Spread the word
As part of the celebration of its 100th anniversary, the Philoproodos Association highlights the multifaceted role of Philharmonic Bands in local communities.
Philharmonic Bands enrich local events, provide musical education to their members, and serve as an important stepping stone toward professional careers in the music sector. This multifaceted role will be showcased through the concert and educational programme presented by the Athenean Brass Quintet.
Anastasios Stamatopoulos, former member of the Philharmonic Band of the Philoproodos Association of Filiatra and now accomplished professional musician, returns to his hometown with the Athenean Brass Quintet for a special concert. Together with his fellow musicians, he will also lead a specialised educational program for members of local Philharmonic Bands, serving as a source of inspiration and a role model for the younger generation.
