Lagouvardos
Lagouvardos beach is 7.5 kilometres from Gargaliani and only 3 kilometres from Marathopolis. The Lagouvardos river, from which the beach takes its name, flows out on its northern side.
The "golden" sandy beach stretches for 2 kilometres and is surrounded by rocks on both sides. In fact, its deep blue waters give the landscape an exotic beauty.
During the summer, there is a canteen with umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach. Finally, it is particularly popular among windsurfing enthusiasts because it has the highest frequency of waves but without strong currents.
