"Chandrinaikos" Sports Association of Chandrinou

The Chandrinaikos Sports Association was founded in 1982 by Takis Papapanagiotou and, since 2010, has also been operating a children's football team.
The Association organises cultural events, voluntary blood donations, and the Mountain Road Race "Chandrinos Mountain Running" every year.
A lending library operates in the multipurpose hall of the Sports Club, while a hiking trail with a total length of 1420 metres has been opened on its initiative. The path starts from the village (Municipal Park "Platania") and ends at the top of the mountain, Prophet Ilias.
