There, we organise meetings for an ice-cold beer, a glass of wine, or tsipouro, which are rarely just one and definitely not in a hurry. A meeting point for friends, Spitiko Marine Concept suggests appetisers and dishes with carefully selected raw materials that smell of tradition without becoming rustic, with techniques that serve the idea of "yes, exuberant but not heavy, foods full of aromas and taste, real taste."
The place is in front of the sea with the beach, and everything is relaxed and well-made, with professional service and a good wine list. Its customers are a mix of Greek and foreign travellers and locals who love good food. It is interesting to try its appetisers, but the ingredient that Ioannis Kalogeropoulos loves and invests in is fish. Red Mullets, smaller mallets, squid, cuttlefish, and small and large fish. And Fish Burgers!, the sea bass fillet, the variety of fish caught in its boats, the seafood ... What you will find depends exclusively on the season, but the chefs cook both in the pan and on the grill in a way we call ... flawless. The salads are rich and crunchy, and the grilled and Cypriot dishes make their own impression. Do not leave "To spitiko" without trying the Cypriot "pitas" and the handmade "seftalias", all made from fresh local products. Don't forget to taste them... You will miss a great opportunity ...!
