The Folklore and Cultural Association of Chora warmly invites everyone to an authentic traditional Greek festival, reviving the atmosphere and warmth of the village celebrations of the past.
On Friday, July 24th, at 9:00 p.m., Alexopoulos Estate will come alive with music, singing, and dancing that celebrate Greece's rich musical heritage.
The evening will feature an outstanding lineup of acclaimed musicians and performers, presenting a vibrant program of traditional melodies and beloved Greek folk songs. Performing are Alexandros Arkadopoulos on clarinet, Anastasia Fergadioti (vocals), Giannis Pavlopoulos on violin and vocals, Iordanis Kouzinopoulos on lute and vocals, and Giannis Gevgelis on percussion.
The event promises to transport older generations back to the cherished memories of traditional village festivals while introducing younger audiences to the joy of authentic Greek folk celebration, where music, dance, and togetherness take centre stage.
