“Chandrinou Mountain Running” Mountain Road Race

The "Chandrinou Mountain Running" Mountain Road Race was held for the first time in April 2023 in the semi-mountainous village of Chandrinos (formerly known as Prophet Ilias), 13.5 kilometres from Pylos.
The Mountain Road Race is organised by the "Chandrinaikos" Sports Association of Chandrinos and consists of the following categories:
11 km road race, 6 km road race and 1 km children's road race.
The starting and ending point is the "Platania" Municipal Park in Chandrinos. At the same time, all circular routes focus on the conical mountain of Prophet Ilias, which is 620 metres high.
