Daily, 19.00-20.15, at the end of the day, we say goodbye to the sun in the OSE park.
The practice begins with Pranayama breathing exercises to find concentration and quiet the mind. We continue with Asanas (Body positions). Bringing attention to the body, we warm it up and lead it to find the flow by moving in an almost dance-like manner from each position, organically, with attention and calmness. We close with Savasana, deep, enjoyable relaxation.
If necessary, special sessions regarding the level of the courses (beginner, intermediate, advanced) will be created depending on participation and experience.
You will need a mat and comfortable clothes.
