Customer Service Day in Kalamata
The Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (EIEP), as part of its mission to strengthen the service culture in Greece, will organise the Customer Service Day in Kalamata on Monday, May 26th, 2025, for the third consecutive year at the Kalamata Cultural Centre.
The event is under the auspices of the Municipality of Kalamata and the Chamber of Messenia and is offered without any financial burden to the participants.
The Day is addressed to professionals, business executives, organisations and any citizen interested in upgrading the service experience. Through presentations, best practices and interactive presentations, participants can enrich their knowledge and exchange views with specialised executives in the field.
The event will conclude with a prize draw, kindly sponsored by local businesses, for those who remain until completion.
