Events for Tsiknopempti (Fat Thursday) 2025 in Kalamata and the surrounding Communities

The Municipality of Kalamata will hold events on Tsiknopempti (Fat Thursday) on February 20th, 2025. At 2 p.m., the Historical Centre will host a party in Agioi Apostoloi Square, where an orchestra will entertain the audience.
The events will begin at 11 a.m. and last until 2 p.m. at the Central Market of Kalamata, which also hosts the Organic Products Market.
In addition, events will be held in various parts of the city (Kalamata Craft Park, Municipal Railway Park, Sfaktiria pedestrian street, etc.) and Communities: at noon in Aris, Thouria, Anemomylos and Piges and the afternoon in Anthia, Aithaia and Pidima.
