The "Messina Sports Association" (S.A.M.) is a pioneering club for Messenia, offering an alternative way for the city's citizens to engage in sports and explore nature and culture.
The Association organises several actions and activities in the countryside, such as Sunday excursions for vigorous walking and participation in local competitions. At the same time, training sessions for physical activity and strengthening exercises take place throughout the week at the Municipal Stadium of Messina.
