Mama's Flavours - Gastronomic Experiences

Maria, Giannis, Polyanna, Robert, Lefteris and Vaso are a team of six people with a passion for Greek gastronomy and Greek tradition. And it was this same passion that led them to the creation of Mama's flavours!

Hippolyte - Mama's flavours is a Social Cooperative Enterprise specialized in travel experience and gastronomy tourism. They design, organize and offer authentic gastronomic experiences and unique agrotouristic activities in the mainland of Peloponnese, Greece, in the regions of Messinia, Arcadia, Laconia and soon all over Peloponnese.

They used the Greek mother as their centerpiece, and worked with local women producers and local entrepreneurs. Mama's flavours emphasize to the local gastronomic peculiarities and contradictions between the regions, highlighting the gastronomic richness of Greece.

Through their organized agrotouristic activities they create an additional income for the local producers and enforce them to their efforts to promote their services and products.

In this beautiful way, they vitalize less visited and unexplored small Greek villages and areas in Peloponnese and protect our country's local heritage and tradition.

Whether from Greece or abroad, their guests are able to experience the unique Greek hospitality through the interaction with the locals and select gastronomic excursions and agrotouristic activities tailored to their needs, all designed by the Hippolyte-mama's flavours team.

Their vision is to send Greek gastronomy on a trip around the world, creating unforgettable experiences of authentic Greek hospitality for their visitors, guided by the loving care of Greek mothers!

Mama's flavours is an active member of Ecotourism Greece and supports environmental practices. They have been awarded in 2015 the 1st Prize in the National Competition Aegean Start-ups of the University of Aegean in Greece, they are a Bronze Member of the World Food Travel Association (GastroTerra Community) and Winner of Culinary Experience of the year 2019 by Travel & Hospitality Awards. Also, they have been selected as Greece's Role Model Erasmus+ KA2 (European Programme) in 2019.
