They use flour exclusively from Greek mills. The cheeses are A' quality with feta from barrels, genuine kaseri cheese, unsalted and lean mizithra cheese, pure virgin olive oil and branded eggs and milk. The cold meats are from the best companies in Greece. The meats are always fresh from a local butcher, while the greens and vegetables are fresh and selected from local producers.

For the correct baking of dough products (e.g. puff pastry) as well as the required baking time depending on the type of dough and the type of product, do not hesitate to ask them, as well as for everything else you want to cook.
