The estate has olive trees and other fruit trees. It has a small stone house that houses the owner’s exhibition of handmade items and there is also a room with everything the guests might need in order to prepare food (utensils, refrigerator, various ingredients). There is a small toilet with a sink and shower in the house and an outdoor toilet. There is also a water heater / boiler. Outdoor kitchen with a sink, a stone stove and countertops as well as two outdoor showers. Handmade comfortable living room with shade, hammocks in the trees, a large 4-meter dining room and four wonderful 5m diameter tents. Each tent can accommodate up to 4 people providing mattresses (and five if they are children). Outside each tent there is a private living room.

The refrigerator and the gas stove are available for cooking as well as the necessary utensils for up to twelve people.

At the same time, other activities take place around in small groups, quietly and with discretion (e.g. yoga classes, massage, creative workshops).
