Dance seminar at the Kalamata Dance Megaron

The famous Keep Dancing workshops, organised by the International Dance Festival of Kalamata in collaboration with the Municipal Dance School of Kalamata, will return on the weekend of April 20th-21st, 2024, at the Kalamata Dance Megaron with "Speed the Spiral" by Plotinus Iliadis.
The workshop aims to train the body to respond accurately to highly complex movements. By focusing on spiral movement, we practice the continuous transfer of energy flow from one point of the body to another with the least possible effort.
