The "Kalamata Professional and Family Support Centre - SOS Children's Villages" has been operating since 2017, and its goal is the professional counselling of unemployed parents or parents who are employed occasionally. The services are free of charge and include certified computer and English learning, a professional development plan, preparation for a job interview, writing a CV, and training in job search techniques.
Also, the Centre cooperates with the "Second Chance School of Kalamata", the Public IEK, the "ORIZON" private IEK, the KEK of the Chamber of Messenia and the Peloponnese Region, as well as with the OAED and the Welfare Directorate of the Municipality of Kalamata.
