The "Kalamata Guitar Festival" is organised every year by the Public Benefit Enterprise "Faris", the Municipal Conservatory of Kalamata and the "TERPSIS" Parents and Guardians of the Students and Friends of the Municipal Art Schools of Kalamata Association.
The "Kalamata Guitar Festival" is under the auspices of the Municipality of Kalamata and includes concerts, seminars, presentations and guitar competitions in the name of the great soloist, composer and guitar teacher Gerasimos Miliares (a student of the legendary Andres Segovia).
