Our summer documentary journey continues! As part of the "Thessaloniki Documentary Festival Travels" initiative, the Kalamata Creative Documentary Centre and the Peloponnese International Documentary Festival invite you on Monday, June 8, to the screening of one of the most timely and discussed political documentaries of the year.
Acclaimed journalist and war correspondent Panos Haritos steps behind the lens to direct "The Greek Experiment". This compelling, objective, and deeply researched journalistic documentary captures the turbulent trajectory of the Greek economy, society, and the indelible imprint of the financial crisis on the country's political landscape during the crucial period from 2015 to 2025.
Utilising rare archival footage and revealing interviews with key political and social figures, the film offers a necessary x-ray of our recent history.
