The members of the Gargaliani Cultural Association share their great love for their city. Wishing to offer to the local community, they created the Gargaliani Cultural Association. After many efforts, they were able to make good use of an old warehouse (which was previously owned by ASO=Autonomous Raisin Organization) which, with personal work and money given by the members, turned into a place of culture and arts.
