"Anthemis" Sports Club

The "Anthemis" Sports Club was founded in November 2023 to inspire and guide young girls to love rhythmic gymnastics. The group's founder is the former successful rhythmic athlete Panagiota Memmou, who has numerous medals and distinctions to her credit.

The club offers a variety of sports programs, starting with sections on musical movement (for children from 3 years old), aesthetic gymnastics, ballet and general gymnastics. The children who will staff the competition section of the club are also selected from these sections. At the moment, the group has about 20 young female athletes participating in its activities.

As mentioned above, the department manager is Mrs. Memmou Panagiota, an extremely experienced trainer with over 30 years of experience in rhythmic gymnastics. As a national team member, Ms Memmou won the bronze medal at the Balkan Games. She contributed significantly to developing female athletes who made the national team and achieved great honours in the ensemble.
